Venue & Spaces
Antara Grand features multiple event spaces to suit every scale of celebration. Our Grand Ballroom accommodates up to 1,500 guests for a seated dinner. The Maharaja Hall seats up to 800 guests, while our intimate Jasmine Terrace is perfect for gatherings of 50–200. We also offer an outdoor lawn venue for up to 2,000 guests for standing receptions and garden events.
Yes, all indoor event spaces at Antara Grand are fully air-conditioned with state-of-the-art climate control systems. Our HVAC systems are regularly maintained to ensure consistent temperature and air quality throughout your event, regardless of the season or outside weather.
Absolutely — we encourage all prospective clients to schedule a site visit. You can walk through all our event spaces, meet our events team, and discuss your requirements in person. Yes. We have two elegantly appointed bridal suites with full-length mirrors, ample lighting for makeup, and private lounging areas. Groom's preparation rooms are also available. These spaces are reserved exclusively for wedding packages and can be arranged upon request for other events.
Yes, our sprawling outdoor lawn can host up to 2,000 guests and is ideal for pheras, garden receptions, cocktail soirées, and outdoor product launches. Temporary marquee canopy structures can be arranged for weather protection. Our team manages all outdoor setup and breakdown.
Weddings
Yes, Antara Grand is designed for multi-day, multi-function weddings. We host Mehndi, Haldi, Sangeet, the main wedding ceremony, and the reception across different spaces simultaneously or on consecutive days. Our dedicated wedding coordinator will plan a seamless schedule so each function feels unique and special.
We have a team of in-house décor specialists who create bespoke floral arrangements, mandap design, stage setups, lighting, and thematic concepts. We also work with a curated network of premium external vendors if you have a specific vision or designer in mind. All décor plans are finalised in a dedicated consultation session.
Every wedding package at Antara Grand includes a personal events coordinator who is your single point of contact from booking through to the final send-off. They manage vendor coordination, timeline planning, day-of logistics, and are present throughout every function to ensure flawless execution.
Certain external vendors are permitted subject to prior approval from our management team. External caterers are generally not allowed as we operate an exclusive in-house kitchen. Decorators and entertainers (live bands, DJs, anchors, artists) can be brought in once verified. Our team will guide you through the vendor approval process.
Corporate Events
Antara Grand is fully equipped with high-definition LED projection screens, professional-grade PA sound systems, wireless lapel and handheld microphones, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout all venues, and dedicated technical support staff. We also offer stage lighting rigs, LED video walls on request, and video conferencing infrastructure for hybrid events.
Yes, Antara Grand offers enterprise-grade fibre internet with dedicated bandwidth available for corporate events. Private, password-protected Wi-Fi networks can be created for your event separately from our guest network. For large-scale conferences, additional bandwidth can be allocated to ensure a smooth experience for all attendees.
Absolutely. We have multiple smaller meeting rooms and syndicate spaces that can serve as breakout rooms. These can be set up in classroom, boardroom, or theatre style depending on your session format. Full AV support is available in each breakout room, and our team manages transitions between plenary and breakout sessions seamlessly.
Catering & Gastronomy
Our culinary team specialises in an extensive range of cuisines — North Indian, Mughlai, Pan-Asian, Continental, and live street food counters. Every menu is fully customisable: choose individual dishes, courses, and service styles (buffet, plated, family-style, or live stations). Tasting sessions are offered before the event for all packages above a set guest count.
Yes, our kitchen fully accommodates a wide range of dietary requirements including vegan, Jain (no root vegetables), vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-free, and diabetic-friendly options. Please communicate all dietary needs at the time of booking so our executive chef can curate an appropriate menu for your guests.
Yes. We offer complimentary tasting sessions for wedding and large-scale event bookings. A standard tasting accommodates up to 4 guests and includes a selection of all confirmed menu items. Tasting sessions are typically scheduled 4–8 weeks before the event date and can be arranged by contacting your dedicated event coordinator.
Antara Grand holds the necessary licences to serve alcoholic beverages. We offer curated bar packages including domestic and imported liquor, wines, mocktails, and soft beverages. External alcohol is generally not permitted due to licensing requirements; however, please discuss your specific needs with our team during the planning stage.
Bookings & Pricing
We recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance for weddings, especially during peak wedding season (October–February). For corporate events and smaller gatherings, 2–4 months is generally sufficient. Popular dates fill quickly, so early enquiry is always advisable. A provisional hold can be placed on a date while you finalise your decision.
Securing a date requires a non-refundable booking advance of 25% of the estimated event cost. A second instalment of 50% is due 60 days before the event, and the remaining balance is settled within 7 days after the event. Payment can be made via bank transfer, cheque, or UPI. Detailed terms are outlined in your event contract.
Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event forfeit the initial booking advance only. Cancellations between 30–90 days will incur a charge of 50% of the total contracted amount. Cancellations within 30 days are charged at 100%. Rescheduling requests are considered on a case-by-case basis subject to availability and may attract an administrative fee.
We offer both. Curated all-inclusive wedding and corporate packages are available that bundle venue, catering, décor, AV, and coordination at a preferred rate. We also offer a fully customisable à la carte structure where you select only the services you need. Our events team will present both options during your initial consultation so you can choose what best suits your budget and vision.
Location & Parking
Antara Grand is located on Hapur Road, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. We are easily accessible from the Delhi-Meerut Expressway — approximately 70 km from Delhi (about 1 hour) and 80 km from Noida via NH-24. Yes, Antara Grand offers ample complimentary parking within our secured premises. Our dedicated valet parking service is available for all events at no additional charge. The parking facility can accommodate 300+ vehicles. For very large events, overflow parking is available nearby and shuttle transfers can be arranged upon request.
Antara Grand has hotel accommodations within the property for VIP guests and the wedding party. For larger delegations, we have preferred tie-ups with reputed hotels nearby in Meerut and can assist with block-room bookings at negotiated rates. Our team can coordinate guest transfers between accommodation and the venue as part of your event package.
